2. Compliance with Meta Policies
You agree to use Pro Lead Sniper in full compliance with all applicable laws and the official policies of the platforms we integrate with. You must strictly adhere to the Meta Platform Terms, Facebook Terms of Service, and Instagram Terms of Use. You are solely responsible for the content of the messages and comments sent through our Service.
3. Platform Risk and Third-Party Enforcement
You acknowledge that the Services interact with third-party platforms, including Instagram and Meta, that independently control their products, policies, algorithms, integrity systems, rate limits, feature availability, and enforcement decisions. We do not own or control those platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, account performance, message delivery, reach, or protection against warnings, throttling, feature restrictions, suspensions, disables, or bans imposed by any third-party platform.
Except where prohibited by applicable law or to the extent directly caused by our wilful misconduct, Pro Lead Sniper is not responsible for platform-side decisions, outages, restrictions, or enforcement actions taken by Meta, Instagram, or any other third-party service. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services, account activity, targeting, and content comply with all applicable platform terms, policies, and laws.
4. Prohibited Uses
You are strictly prohibited from using the Services to:
- Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or unauthorized commercial communications.
- Harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against any individual.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Violate any international, federal, or local laws and regulations.
- Circumvent the security features of Pro Lead Sniper or Meta.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Pro Lead Sniper is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account or from Meta enforcing restrictions on your account due to policy violations.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content, features, and functionality of the Pro Lead Sniper platform are owned by Pro Lead Sniper and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all user-generated content and customer data you process through the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your account at any time.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the contracting Pro Lead Sniper entity, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
