You are solely responsible for the content of the messages and comments sent through our Service.

You are strictly prohibited from using the Services to:

- Harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against any individual.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code.

- Circumvent the security features of Replybox or Meta.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Raphmel is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account or from Meta enforcing restrictions on your account due to policy violations.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content, features, and functionality of the Replybox platform are owned by Raphmel and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all user-generated content and customer data you process through the Service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your account at any time.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
